Nicholas Lokin gets impeached

On 26 October Nicholas Lokin in Roskya got impeached for attempting to coup a micronation and subdue it into Roskyan control by exploiting the Territory Act. In doing so he also violated Article III of the Territory Act. His impeachment in Parliament passed by a vote of three in favor, one abstaining, one opposed. The nation he was planning to coup was O'Dunighan so he could try to turn in to a Duchy of O'Dunighan. He also planned to make it leave the Tungsten Pact, make Harold Duighan the temporary duke, and himself the government representative to Roskya. Nicholas Lokin would not give a official statement regarding his impeachment.
