Cupertino Alliance launches Noted Program

On 19 October 2020 Jayden Lycon sent the letter that would begin the Noted Tour. A project where a letter would be sent to different Cupertino Alliance delegates and they will write and draw whatever they want. Then they would mail to a different delegate and they would write and draw whatever they want. Until it will eventually get back to the chairman. Then the chairman will publish it with all personal details scribbled out. The first delegate who will receive it is Leon Montan. Many other Cupertino Alliance delegates have also signed up to be a participate but the specific route it will take is not yet final. It is projected to go to a lot of countries like India, Canada and Ireland.
